SHIPPING POLICY
Your purchase is considerately packaged by Cáit and posted using "Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed" in order to insure the safety of each fragile piece. This costs between £8.80 - £11 depending on the size of your item. We aim to get your order to you within 3-4 days. However, during lockdown deliveries may be delayed and you may have to wait for up to two weeks.

If your purchase is damaged upon arrival please let Cáit know within 7 days of receipt by emailing caitgouldceramics@gmail.com with photographic evidence. Claimants must retain all the packaging and contents of damaged items or items subject to part loss as Royal Mail may need to inspect them. If they are not retained compensation may not be paid.

Every care is taken to ensure that your order reaches you at its best. However, accidents cannot be entirely avoided, and due to pieces being handmade there may be a wait of several weeks if you prefer to receive a replacement.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason I can offer a full refund if you tell me within 14 days of receiving your goods (by emailing caitgouldceramics@gmail.com).
You have 14 days to return the goods in the state you received them once you've told me. I cannot cover the cost of returning the goods and they must be unused. It is recommended that you return items via registered mail and are securely packaged so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of me receiving the goods back. You do not have to provide a reason, but I am always interested to know if there's anything I can do to help keep my customers happy and satisfied.
